Waste Management unveils apparel collection

Collection celebrates frontline employees, extends company’s brand association in the marketplace.


New Era Cap Co., an international sports and lifestyle brand headquartered in Buffalo, New York, and Houston, Texas-based Waste Management have unveiled the New Era x Waste Management Collection. Combining workwear and streetwear, the new collection has a modern aesthetic and features caps made from 100 percent recycled materials including post-consumer plastic bottles and pre-consumer waste, the company says.

“We are excited about this collection inspired by Waste Management’s commitment to safety and the environment,” says Mike Watson, Waste Management chief customer officer. “This collaboration is truly a unique opportunity to extend and share our brand with others.”

Waste Management says the collection celebrates frontline employees, extends the company’s brand association in the marketplace and fosters a new generation of fans. The headwear and apparel collection, inspired by Waste Management’s commitment to safety and the environment, includes baseball caps and knit hats, short and long-sleeve shirts and hoodies with neon, reflective and mesh fabrics that integrate the Waste Management logo and its “Think Green” tagline.
