
Waste Management, Houston, has acquired Willmar, Minnesota-based Miller Sanitation, West Central Tribune reports.
According to the report, the acquisition will add 2,500 residential and 500 commercial customers in Southwest and Central Minnesota to Waste Management’s operations. The deal also includes seven collection vehicles.
All of Miller Sanitation’s employees will be retained as part of the deal.
