Waste Dynamics celebrated the re-opening of its company headquarters during a ribbon cutting and Employee Appreciation Day on July 14. The newly renovated office provides over 34,000 square feet of working space, including 36 private offices, a 50-person training room, two break rooms, cube space and collaboration space.
According to the Westlake, Ohio-based company, the office was designed to optimize the support of the more than 300 employees that work for the Waste Dynamics family of brands. Many upgrades were carefully considered and implemented because of a company-wide employee engagement survey completed earlier this year.
Employees will maintain a hybrid workplace culture, allowing for “flexibility and autonomy in determining their daily workflow,” Waste Dynamics says. The space incorporates technology to effectively accommodate meetings with remote workers.
Additionally, the design of the new facility allows for continued growth and scale for team members requiring physical office space.
In a release, the company states the facility provides a home base for collaboration, corporate training and employee development.
Waste Dynamics was recently named a 2023 Top Workplaces winner by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer and a 2023 Smart Culture honoree by Smart Business. The company delivers over $100 million in sales to the Cleveland area each year.
