Switch-N-Go to feature electric hoist at NTEA’s Work Truck Week

The company says its system enables a single chassis to work with different bodies depending on a company’s needs.

Switch-N-Go, an electric hoist and interchangeable truck body company, offers a product that can increase the versatility and functionality of electric work trucks while improving worker safety.

By installing one of the patented electric hoists and employing a few interchangeable truck bodies, the Saegertown, Pennsylvania-based company says a single electric vehicle (EV) work truck can transform and complete the work of three, a compelling combination for anyone considering an investment in such vehicles.

Switch-N-Go will feature its electric hoist, an aluminum dump body, and a Freehold, New Jersey-based Cenntro truck provided Lee Transport, Columbia, South Carolina, at the National Truck Equipment Association’s Work Truck Week in Indianapolis from March 7-10. Switch N Go will be located at Booth 5133, and employees can discuss the electric hoist.

“Lee Transport strives to be at the forefront of innovation in the truck equipment industry,” says Greg Stowers, operations manager for Lee Transport, one of more than 100 Switch-N-Go dealers. “Matching the Cenntro all-electric work truck with the fully electric Switch-N-Go made perfect sense. We partnered with Switch-N-Go over 10 years ago, and, because of their proven strength in electric-powered interchangeable truck body systems and consistent product quality, dependability and durability, we knew this was a combination that we could stand behind. Cenntro offers a great EV truck solution, and Switch-N-Go allows that specialized truck to be anything the customer needs.”

Switch-N-Go says its patented hoist and truck body system is not just for EV work trucks. It is a creative alternative to finding and buying a new truck chassis. End users can repurpose and transform an existing permanent mount work truck with the Switch-N-Go interchangeable system to immediately maximize its functionality and versatility. The company says the electric hoist system is compatible with nearly 30 truck bodies which be used in waste hauling, construction and demolition, snow and ice removal, landscaping, tree care, junk hauling and various municipal operations.
