Trash Fairies, a privately held company based in Richmond, Virginia, offering doorstep-to-dumpster valet trash and recycling solutions, has expanded its partnership with RangeWater Residential, making Trash Fairies the rental housing company's preferred vendor in the Southeast.
Founded in 2006, Atlanta-based RangeWater is a fully integrated rental housing company with more than 72,000 units across the Sun Belt and Mountain regions of the U.S.
Preferred vendor status is the latest development in the partnership between Trash Fairies and RangeWater Residential, which have been working together at properties throughout the Southeast for 11 years.
“We believe our quality of service and our dedication to building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships have solidified this partnership,” says Christian Rickers, Trash Fairies chief security officer and founding partner. “Our companies have grown together in the 11 years we’ve been partners. We're grateful to RangeWater for taking us to new markets.”
Trash Fairies, founded in 2013, got its start providing valet trash and recycling pickup services in the Richmond region. Today, the company serves nearly 100,000 multifamily units across eight states, from Virginia to Florida.
“We’re proud that RangeWater Residential has entrusted Trash Fairies to care for its customers,” Rickers says. “Our dedication to excellent customer service and 24/7 support has proven that we can compete successfully in this industry.”
