Texas Pride Disposal, Houston, has hired Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mark Schifani and Chief Operations Officer (COO) Tony Cincotta, who will work with Texas Pride CEO Kevin Atkinson to enhance the company’s growth, according to McKinney, Texas-based Global Recruiters of McKinney, which assisted in their placement.
Texas Pride focuses on providing the highest level of service to residential, commercial and industrial customers across Texas and surrounding states.
Schifani most recently served as senior vice president of finance with WIN Waste Innovations, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, following roles as CFO and subsequently CEO of Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services. Prior to that, he served as controller for Republic Services for nearly 20 years, working on mergers and acquisitions.
Cincotta joins Texas Pride from Sweeping Corp. of America, where he most recently served as regional vice president covering Texas and California. Previously, Cincotta operated as a general manager for Republic Services, overseeing multiple locations including Las Vegas.

Texas Pride Disposal is a provider of nonhazardous solid waste hauling and recycling collection services to residential, commercial and industrial customers. Atkinson founded Texas Pride in 2013 after working at Houston-based WCA Waste Corp. after graduating from LSU.
Aktinson has laid a solid foundation at Texas Pride and is excited about partnering with NMS Capital, Schifani and Cincotta to achieve new heights of rapid growth, Global Recruiters of McKinney says.
