Northern Ireland-based shredding and screening equipment producer Terex Ecotec has named Finlay Eastern of Winter Springs, Florida, as its 2024 North American Dealer of the Year.
According to Terex Ecotec, which is a brand of Connecticut-based Terex Corp., the dealer recognition “celebrates Finlay Eastern’s exceptional performance, dedication and commitment to excellence within the forestry, waste management and recycling sectors.”
Finlay Eastern joined the Terex Ecotec distribution network in early 2024, and according to the equipment maker quickly established itself as a “standout” performer.
“From the very beginning, their team displayed an impressive drive to succeed, excelling within their territory through expert customer support, industry knowledge and a proactive approach to sales and service,” states Terex Ecotec of its award-winning dealer.
The equipment maker says it has expanded Finlay Eastern’s Terex Ecotec territory to now include Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.
“Our Dealer of the Year award recognizes only the best in customer engagement, technical expertise and a deep commitment to the Terex Ecotec brand and values,” says George Wilcox, North American Sales Director for Terex Ecotec. “Finlay Eastern has achieved all of this and more within a short time frame, and we are excited to see them continue to grow and succeed within their newly expanded region.”
Terex Ecotec, which acquired shredder manufacturer CBI in 2015, is part of the Terex Materials Processing group. The Ecotec business unit designs and manufactures wood processing, biomass and recycling equipment, including slow, medium and high speed shredders, trommel screens, recycling screens, metal separators, material handlers and conveyors.
