The new shareholders were selected based on their leadership qualities, performance outcomes, years of service and career trajectory. Combined, they have served RRS clients for more than 59 years, embodying the company's mission and contributing to its positive impact on clients and the industry at large.
According to the consulting firm, it sees value in diversifying ownership to help support and guide RRS’ future endeavors.
The RRS board of directors has formalized a share purchase program to provide structure for opportunities to acquire shares.
"Empowering employees as shareholders is not just a strategic investment, it's a visionary commitment to cultivating a culture of shared success,” says Brianne Haven, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at RRS. “We are strengthening our organization but also nurturing a community of dedicated leaders who drive growth, innovation and prosperity for both themselves and the company as a whole.”
The new shareholders have supported RRS' continued growth by serving clients, advancing internal systems and effectively leading staff forward, the company says.
"The recent additions to our ownership have already demonstrated substantial value both internally and externally, and we eagerly anticipate their ongoing guidance as we expand our workforce and influence," says Jim Frey, the co-founder and CEO of RRS.
