Reconomy completes 2 US acquisitions

Reconomy, a United Kingdom-based company, has announced the completion of two U.S.-based acquisitions to add capabilities and accelerate growth of its U.S. waste management platform, Lincoln Waste Solutions, acquired in August 2024.

The acquisitions include Complete Solutions & Sourcing, based in Peekskill, New York, a waste and recycling services management company specializing in waste management for grocery store-anchored shopping centers, multifamily residential units and retail segments; and Waste Focus, a Feeding Hills, Massachusetts-based full-service waste management provider with solutions including recycling and waste consulting servicing hundreds of customers across the property management, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

The acquisitions add more than 100 employees to the group, scaling Lincoln Waste Solutions’ operation to 15,000 sites managed and processing more than 1 million tons of materials per year.

Reconomy says it aims to accelerate growth in the U.S. by attracting larger customers, growing its hauler network and exploring further acquisitions.
