Morbark, Winn, Michigan, has announced that George Perez will join the team as international sales manager for Mexico, Central America and South America. Perez will be handling sales for Morbark’s industrial division, which includes forestry, recycling and land-clearing equipment under the Morbark, Rayco and DENIS CIMAF brand names.
“I am excited to use my knowledge of diverse cultures and sales experience to help Morbark succeed,” says Perez. “I’m thankful for the opportunity to establish long-term personal relationships and be a resource for advising and helping customers achieve continuous business growth.”
Perez has 33 years of experience in the agricultural, construction and forestry equipment sales and support fields, as well as in cultural and economic affairs in Latin America and the Caribbean. With this experience, he has earned certifications relating to internal combustion engines, equipment safety and heavy equipment operator and technician training.
“Each of these qualities makes him the perfect fit for the role of international sales,” says Michael Stanton, Morbark’s director of industrial products. “I am excited to see what [Perez] will accomplish and how he will continue to assist in expanding Morbark’s international business activities.”
