Mac Trailer Enterprises Inc., based in Alliance, Ohio, will debut its TipperMax aluminum drop-center tipper trailer at WasteExpo in Las Vegas from May 6-9, saying it marks a significant advancement in waste transportation and showcases its commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Featuring what the company describes as an innovative aluminum design with a lowered center floor, TipperMax enables handling higher waste capacities while maintaining standard ride height, setting it apart from drop-deck tipper trailer designs. According to the company, this advancement eliminates the need for low-profile suspensions and tires, enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing payload.
Customers seeking a tipper transfer trailer have a broader range of options, including standard tippers, drop-deck tippers and the high-capacity TipperMax. By offering standard ride height and tire sizing, this adaptation allows customers to streamline parts needs across their fleets of tippers and moving floors, facilitating serviceability and maintenance consistency, Mac Trailer says.
Available in various configurations, including a length range of 48 feet to 53 feet and tandem or multiaxle setups, TipperMax can be tailored for specific applications such as recyclables, woodchips and municipal solid waste.
"TipperMax fills a critical gap in our lineup, offering a tailored solution for landfill-based customers and other environments that may prove challenging for a standard drop deck design,” says Bill McKenzie, president of sales at Mac Trailer Enterprises. “This latest addition reflects Mac Trailer's ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and practical solutions that our customers are looking for.”
