Ingram Equipment Co., a Birmingham, Alabama-based provider of environmental, waste management and commercial equipment, has made two additions to its sales team, bringing on Jason Horne and Lew Mitchell as regional equipment sales managers.
Horne will serve as regional equipment sales manager for central and southern Mississippi. He has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry and an extensive background as an architectural metal dealer and is the previous owner of GMHorne Architectural System, LLC. Horne also served as past president of the Mississippi Construction Specifications Institute and his work on over 600 buildings across the Southeast, including the Mississippi Children’s Hospital, and holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Mississippi College.
Mitchell will assume the role of regional sales manager for southern Alabama (Mobile and Baldwin Counties), the Florida panhandle and southwest Georgia. Mitchell brings extensive sales experience from his previous role as director of business development for Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in south Alabama. He is a graduate of Troy University, where he attended on a golf scholarship and was a member of the golf team.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jason and Lew to the IEC family,” says Keith Johnson, general manager and vice president of Ingram Equipment. “Their diverse backgrounds and extensive experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business and enhance our customer service in Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida panhandle.”
“Our commitment to providing first-class service to our customers is strengthened with the addition of Jason and Lew," IEC President Jeff Martin adds. "Their expertise and dedication align perfectly with our company’s mission and values.”
