Five months after its acquisition of the Compactor Solutions (CS) Division of Naples, Florida-based FleetGenius LLC, Impact Environmental Group (IEG), Elgin, Illinois, has rebranded and integrated the division into IEG Service, a key division of IEG, the company says.

The November 2024 acquisition included four service centers, field service, install and shop technicians along with the management and administrative support team for the CS division. IEG’s acquisition of CS was a carve-out from FleetGenius’ existing and ongoing manufacturing and container service operations. FleetGenius’ other operations—including its OEM-branded new equipment manufacturing and container solutions—were not acquired by IEG and remain fully owned and operated by FleetGenius, IEG says.

As part of the acquisition, IEG says it inherited a deeply experienced team, many of whom brought decades of experience in the compactor and baler service business, and all new team members underwent onboarding and training in IEG’s customer-first approach.

For IEG, this integration brings expanded service reach and technical expertise, further enhancing its ability to serve a national customer base, the company says.

The company says this strategic move marks a significant expansion of its service capabilities and strengthens its position as a leading provider of services and aftermarket parts for all OEM brands of compactors and balers across the waste and recycling industry.

IEG’s business model, focusing exclusively on service, positions the company as a neutral partner that can install, repair, maintain and refurbish all OEM brands nationwide.

IEG manufactures and distributes high-quality replacement parts for waste and recycling equipment, supporting the longevity and efficiency of compactors, balers, containers and more. Its product lines span solid, liquid and organic waste systems, and its nationwide field service network provides repair, refurbishment and installation for all major equipment brands.
