H.I.G. Infrastructure, an affiliate of Miami-based alternative investment firm H.I.G. Capital, has completed the acquisition of Best Trash LLS, a municipal solid waste hauler serving the greater Houston area.
Best Trash, based in Richmond, Texas, serves utility districts, municipalities, homeowner associations and individual residences, with service to more than 450,000 homes across more than 350 contracts.

Stifel, Nicolaus and Company Inc. acted as financial advisor and Ropes & Gray LLP served as legal counsel to H.I.G. Raymond James & Associates Inc. acted as financial advisor and White & Case LLP served as legal counsel to Best Trash.
