Denver-based dumpster roll-off company Fuzion Field Services has acquired 303 Roll-Off, a roll-off company that has served the Denver metro area for 15 years.
The company says the acquisition will allow Fuzion to expand services across the region, especially in the Denver metro area, to increase offerings and to reduce wait times, including providing delivering same-day services in more locations.
“With this strategic local acquisition, Fuzion aims to enhance our dumpster roll-off rental service offerings to be able to serve an even larger list of local clientele all across Colorado,” says Ash Janssen, president and founder of Fuzion.
In addition to dumpster roll-off rentals—the company is known for its pink dumpsters—Fuzion serves industrial, commercial and oilfield clientele offering services including sanitation, including portable toilet rentals, commercial trash services and more; hydrovac services and hydro jetting; scrap metal hauling and robust industrial transportation services; and oil, gas and energy production and field services.
