Franklin Miller, headquartered in Livingston, New Jersey, has introduced its Taskmaster QS Quad-Shaft Shredder, engineered to meet the demands of the most challenging applications, the company says.

The unit has four shafts that work together with a special sizing screen to reduce materials to a uniform output particle size. According to the company, the QS2300 also features hardened precision cutters, a special sizing screen, planetary reducers, optional stand and hopper and rugged hex shafts and gears.

Franklin Miller says this sizing shredder is designed for applications that require consistent particle sizing and an oversized cutting chamber.

The design features low-speed, high-torque functionality to process a wide range of materials. From bulky waste to industrial by-products, the QS can handle ripping, tearing and shredding with precision, the company says.

"This shredder provides an effective solution for critical applications," Franklin Miller President William Galanty says. "The QS is engineered to deliver superior performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness, making it an invaluable asset for any industrial or recycling setting."
