Coastal Waste finalizes merger with Southwest Waste

Coastal Waste & Recycling, a privately owned, Boca Raton, Florida-based waste management company, has announced the successful merger of Coastal Waste and Southwest Waste, a Fort Myers, Florida-based waste management company.

Established in 2021 by Charles Lomangino, Southwest has grown to become a leading independent waste-hauling and recycling company on Florida’s west coast.

Southwest Waste provides collection, processing, recycling, transfer transportation and disposal services for construction and demolition (C&D) volumes on the southwest coast of Florida. Southwest has an experienced management team that has been in the waste services industry for more than 20 years.
