With more than 20 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, Reynolds most recently served as chief revenue officer (CRO) of Cards beginning in 2021. With Reynolds as CRO, the company completed more than 20 acquisitions, greatly expanding its territory and service breadth. Prior to joining Cards, Reynolds founded Badgerland Disposal, where he served as CEO, growing the company into a regional market leader in southern Wisconsin.
Cards provides solid waste collection services in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. With approximately 230,000 customers, its services include municipal, residential subscription, commercial, portable restroom and industrial waste collection and postcollection services. The company also recently opened a material recovery facility (MRF) in Springdale, Arkansas.
Cards Recycling's 14-ton-per-hour residential single-stream MRF features equipment from Machinex, headquartered in Plessisville, Quebec, and was built in response to growing demand for recycling services and the opportunity to secure a significant contract.
“I am honored to lead such a talented team and look forward to working with the entire organization to execute on our shared, strategic vision for Cards,” Reynolds says. “The foundation at Cards is strong, and we are poised to continue on our path of achieving consistent growth while providing industry-leading service to our customers. The talent from top to bottom is unmatched. I am excited to work with some of best people in the country who not only make work enjoyable but motivate me to excel.”
