Recycling services provider Cards Holdings LLC, based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase assets from Caddo Mills, Texas-based Change Recycling. The transaction is the company’s 11th acquisition this year.
The purchases of Change Recycling will expand Cards' service areas in the Dallas Metro market.

"Change was a perfect partner to expand our services across two critical Cards lines of business, residential collection and recycling operations,” Cards President and CEO Dan Christensen says. “With our state-of-the-art material recovery facility on the horizon, we are investing in companies that believe in sustainability. I look forward to seeing these important tuck-in acquisitions solidify our presence in Texas."
According to Christensen, Cards plans to focus on recycling opportunities and postcollection operations in 2024.
