Walnut Creek, California-based Brown and Caldwell, an environmental protection engineering agency, has announced Allan Luk as senior director of digital solutions.
Luk brings 23 years of tech industry experience to the role, including work in digital transformation, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, product development and customer engagement.
As senior director of digital solutions, the company says Luk will utilize his tech industry knowledge to lead and grow Brown and Caldwell’s digital capabilities. Luk will join a team focused on assisting clients in technology planning and informed decision making. He will also partner with the firm’s technical subject matter specialist to develop and implement digital solutions to help solve client challenges in aging infrastructure, climate change impacts, the increasing cost of water and mounting workforce development needs.

Luk is a certified project management professional with master’s degrees in technology, analytics and program and product management; business analytics and strategic innovation; and mechanical engineering.
