Big Truck Rental LLC., Tampa, Florida, has announced Pete Hendrickson as the director of route ready sales. This division is responsible for the marketing and sales of its off-rent refuse vehicles. Hendrickson is responsible for the strategy and execution of this division in both the United States and Canada.
“The relevance of Big Truck’s solution set coupled with the capability and enthusiasm of the team are what excite me most about this opportunity,” Hendrickson says. “I’m thrilled to be a part of this growing organization and look forward to making a meaningful impact on the refuse industry.”
Prior to this role, Hendrickson spent seven years in the beverage supply chain industry working in sales and account management for Rehrig Pacific Co., Los Angeles. He served as a national account manager for the company, leading the uncovering of financial and operational impacts of moving products within the supply chain. He then helped to provide solutions that allowed the customer to do that in a safer, more efficient manner.
“We have developed an industry leading inspection and certification program and needed a talented business leader to continue the growth and development of this division,” says Zach Martin, Big Truck Rental’s vice president of sales in North America.
He continues, “Pete has great track record of creating solutions and then being able to replicate and scale it quickly makes him a great fit for our team. Equally as important, Pete has a customer first approach with high moral character, and he is a great culture fit for Big Truck Rental. We are excited for him to join our industry and team.”
“Pete’s experience in rapidly growing businesses, servicing both large and small organizations, makes him a great fit for the Big Truck Rental team,” says Scott Dols, founder and CEO of Big Truck Rental.
