Cleveland-based Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. (BGL), an investment bank and financial advisory firm with a presence in the waste and recycling markets, says Kevin R. Nowaskey has joined its staff as a managing director within its Capital Markets Advisory group. Based in New York City, Nowaskey will lead the firm’s Private Capital Advisory team.
BGL’s Executive Committee says Nowaskey has “the experience and knowledge [to help] facilitate secondary transactions of all sizes and complexities and better meet the evolving needs of our clients in this rapidly growing space.”

BGL's Private Capital Advisory group as offers secondary advisory solutions to both general partners and limited partners (LPs), including LP portfolio sales and acquisitions, direct secondary transactions, co-investment opportunities, portfolio company divestitures, structured secondary transactions and preferred equity and net asset value loan financing.
Prior to joining BGL, Nowaskey was a director at Connecticut-based financial firm Eaton Partners, where he led the company’s Private Capital Advisory unit. He also once served as director of the Secondary Market Advisory Group at New York-based finance firm Duff & Phelps Corp.
