Page joins Baird from Chicago-based William Blair, where he was a partner and a managing director who established and led the firm’s environmental services investment banking practice. During his nine years at William Blair, Page partnered with public and private companies across merger and acquisition (M&A) and debt and equity capital markets to complete over 35 transactions. Representative past assignments include the sale of StormTrap to Warren Equity Partners, the sale of BluSky Restoration to Dominus Capital, the sale of GeoStabilization to KKR, the sale of Lakeshore Recycling to Goldman Sachs, the acquisition of Winters Bros of CT on behalf of Impero Waste Services, the sale of Wind River Environmental to Gryphon Investors, the acquisition of Airgas-Refrigerants Inc. on behalf of Hudson Technologies, and the sale of Entact to PPC.
Page is a member of the President's Council of the John G. Shedd Aquarium, the MBA Alumni Advisory Council at Georgetown University, and a board member of the Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation. Page previously worked in the investment banking businesses of JP Morgan. He earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Denison University.
"We are excited to welcome Brad to Baird," says Peter Kies, head of Baird's Global Technology & Services Investment Banking group. "His deep expertise in environmental and facility services and extensive transaction experience are a tremendous addition as we continue to invest in our Technology & Services team."
"I am excited to join this talented team of bankers, and look forward to enhancing Baird’s knowledge and global reach in environmental and facility services in order to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients," Page says.
