Trucks & Parts names chief operating officer

Matt McLeish will help guide operations, sales and marketing for the company’s three locations.

U.S.-based Trucks & Parts recently appointed Matt McLeish to the newly created position of chief operating officer for their network of truck dealerships.  

According to a news release from Trucks & Parts, McLeish will help guide operations, sales and marketing for the company’s three locations in Dallas, Philadelphia and Tampa, Florida. 

“[Due to] the quality of our teams, we have experienced exponential growth in recent years,” says Scott Dols, CEO of Trucks & Parts. “The breadth of Matt’s experience and his commitment to excellence made him the perfect candidate for the new [chief operating officer] role. We look forward to implementing our plans for continued long-term growth and success.”   

The company says McLeish has a proven track record of successful sales, marketing and executive leadership experience in the truck, equipment and parts fields. His roles have included:  

  • vice president of sales and marketing at Parts Now, an aftermarket parts business;   

  • senior vice president of sales and marketing at Pierce Manufacturing, an emergency vehicle and apparatus manufacturer; and   

  • vice president of sales and marketing for refuse body manufacturer, McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing Inc.
