ASV, a Yanmar Compact Equipment brand, has released its new compact track loader, the VT-75 Posi-Track. The vertical-lift, 74.3-horsepower machine excels in at-height work, loading trucks and other tasks in construction and landscaping applications, according to the company. The 8,310-pound compact track loader’s Tier 4 Final diesel engine boasts high-performance hydraulics and direct-drive pumps that transmit more power and flow directly to the attachment. Key track loader features include:

  • an efficient hydraulic and cooling system that allows the machine to operate at 100 percent load from minus-40 F to 118 F ambient temperatures
  • a 10-foot, 5-inch lift height combined with a 2,300-pound rated operating capacity and 6,571-pound tipping load make it easy to load over the side of high dump trucks
  • a Posi-Track rubber track undercarriage that provides operators with year-round traction and mobility

Power Knot food grinder

With the ability to grind fibrous materials to aid in the processing of organics through food waste digesters, the BCG-150, an industrial grinder from Fremont, California-based Power Knot LLC, was designed to improve waste disposal efficiency. The grinder has been engineered to grind bones, fruit pits and fibrous materials to aid in the processing of organics through food waste digesters. Key food grinder features include:

  • a custom stainless-steel hopper and heat-treated knives designed for durability
  • a double-shaft shredder for tougher and high-volume shredding
  • a processing capability of up to 200 pounds per hour, accommodating items up to 16 inches long
