Rubicon appoints chief financial officer
Rubicon Technologies Inc., a New York-based waste and recycling management software provider, has announced that the company’s President Kevin Schubert has been appointed to the additional role of chief financial officer.
In addition to his current responsibilities as president, the company says Schubert will oversee Rubicon’s end-to-end financial operations and develop the financial infrastructure, teams and processes that will help the company meet its strategic goals.
Prior to serving as president, Schubert was Rubicon’s chief development officer.

We wish him every success in this role.
“Jevan was a key addition to our leadership team at Rubicon, and we thank him for his many valuable contributions to our company,” Rodoni adds.

Denali Water Solutions, a leader in organic waste management that is headquartered in Russellville, Arkansas, has appointed Todd Mathes as CEO. Mathes succeeds Andy McNeill, who becomes chairman of the board.
McNeill says, “This is the right time for me to transition to the chairman role in which I will continue to focus on our long-term strategy and acquisition road map.”
He adds, “Having worked with Todd for many years throughout our careers and seeing him thrive as Denali’s president and [chief operations officer], I believe he is ideally suited to take on the role of CEO as we enter the next chapter for Denali.”
Mathes joined Denali in 2021 as president and chief operations officer (COO). He has more than 20 years of experience in organic waste management, processing, recycling and disposal.
