Pellitteri Waste Systems names new president
Madison, Wisconsin-based waste and recycling company Pellitteri Waste Systems Inc. has promoted David Pellitteri to president.
He is part of the third generation of Pellitteris to lead the family-owned company, following his father, Tom Pellitteri, and grandfather, Tony Pellitteri.
David Pellitteri most recently served as vice president of finance and development for Pellitteri Waste, and the company says his promotion reflects his longstanding dedication and significant contributions.
He started working at the family business as a driver in the small container division while in high school and later worked with the sales team while attending college. After completing studies at Bethel University, David Pellitteri returned to Pellitteri Waste, where he was tasked with developing a new confidential data destruction division. Throughout his career, he also has led the sales team, overseen operations and continued to develop the recycling division.
Tom Pellitteri maintains co-ownership of Pellitteri Waste Systems, sharing an equal partnership with his children, David, Tim and Danielle. Tom Pellitteri will retain the position of chairman of the board, providing leadership guidance and continuity.
“Our employees are the driving force behind the success of our company, providing the high level of service our customers have come to rely upon,” David Pellitteri says. “I am honored to lead and support the Pellitteri team.”

“I truly look forward [to] joining the team at HES and admire their purposeful mission rooted in sustainability,” Nanda says. “I’m honored to build upon this legacy of stewardship as we become an even stronger industrial partner and environmental advocate.”
