
Sarasota, Florida-based OrionWaste Solutions has announced it has acquired all the assets of DisposAll, Pinellas County, Florida, including the commercial front-load assets.
The acquisition
opens a new market on Florida’s west coast and helps Orion create a contiguous
service corridor from Sarasota through St. Petersburg and Tampa to Orlando, the
company says in a news release.
“DisposAll’s
assets complement our existing operations and further solidifies the growth
model of Orion in Central Florida,” remarks Orion CEO Dean Kattler. “Along with
this Florida expansion, Orion maintains a robust pipeline of potential deals
that will provide tuck in synergies and growth opportunities across the
enterprise.”
Orion Waste
Solutions, formerly Bobcat North America, provides residential, commercial and
industrial waste and recycling collection services to more than 200,000
customers in seven states.
