Waste Pro opens new Mississippi facility
Waste Pro USA, headquartered in Longwood, Florida, has opened a new satellite facility in Gulfport, Mississippi. The office sits 35 minutes away from Waste Pro’s primary division in Gautier, Mississippi.
The 14,300-square-foot facility sits on nearly four acres. It will be home to 46 employees and 26 trucks, servicing more than 25,000 residential customers and 800 commercial customers in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area, including the city of Gulfport, Stennis Space Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Seabee Base and the Air National Guard Base.
“We’ve seen a lot of customer support in Southern Mississippi, and our rapid growth in this area has led us to this opportunity,” says Waste Pro Southern Mississippi Regional VP Chris Lockwood. “Opening a new operational facility allows us to better use our resources to provide the best possible service to our customers, and our team is committed to doing just that.”
